These policies apply only to individual passenger reservations:
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour will not be charged a NO SHOW fee.
- Cancellations made 12–23 hours before the tour will incur a 50% charge.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour will incur a 100% charge.
